Support
Write to contact@tonewright.app and a person will read it. Below are the questions that come up most.
Reporting a problem
The app has no crash reporting, so a problem is invisible to us until someone describes it. What helps most:
- your device and its system version;
- which room you were in - piano, drums, the Band, the Conductor;
- what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
No sound
Check the silent switch and the volume first - the app plays through the media channel, so a muted phone stays silent. If sound stopped after plugging in headphones or connecting a Bluetooth speaker, leave the app and come back: it re-opens its audio output when the route changes. Bluetooth speakers also add a delay of their own that no app can remove; wired headphones or the built-in speaker are the way to feel the instrument answer your finger.
Extra sound banks
Every instrument arrives with a voice already built in and works with no download at all. Extra voices are optional: pick one and the app fetches it once, then keeps it on the device. You can delete a downloaded voice at any time from the same screen - the instrument falls back to its built-in voice and keeps playing.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything except downloading an optional extra voice works with no connection.
Recordings
Recordings live on your device, inside the app's own folder. They can be renamed, replayed and exported as MP3 or WAV. Because they are stored with the app, removing the app removes them - export anything you want to keep first.
Languages
The app is available in 21 languages and follows your device's language when it can. You can also set it yourself in Settings.
What it costs
The store listing is the place that answers this, and whatever it says on the day you look is what you get. Write to us if something you paid for is not working and we will sort it out.
